Terms of Service

Last updated July 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of HitList at app.hitlists.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What HitList is

HitList is a software tool that lets card shops run a buylist — searching and identifying cards, generating price quotes from third-party market data and each shop's own buy rules, and managing sell orders.

HitList is not a party to any transaction between a shop and a seller.Quotes are estimates based on third-party market data and the shop's configured rules; the shop makes the final offer, and any payment (cash or store credit) is arranged and settled directly between the shop and the seller. HitList does not hold, transfer, or guarantee funds, and is not responsible for a shop's payment, pricing, or conduct.

Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time email link — keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Shops are responsible for their staff members' use of the shop account.

Acceptable use

Don't use HitList for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive; don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, access data that isn't yours, or misrepresent cards or identities. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current billing period. Fees for a period already started are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you put into HitList (your store, cards, binder, and orders). You grant HitList the permissions needed to host and process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

HitList is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Market pricing data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed, and is not a guarantee of value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HitList's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and HitList is not liable for disputes between shops and sellers.

Termination & changes

You may stop using HitList at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we'll update the date above, and continued use means you accept the changes.
